He was discovered by a modeling agency and was featured by brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Nautica, and Emporio Armani. He played a minor role in Coach Carter (2005), but played a breakthrough role in the dance film Step Up (2006) soon after. Since then, Channing Tatum has starred in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009) and The Lego Movie (2014).
